What to Expect from IMC/Teddy in 2024
2023, we hardly knew ye. It was a year of events, innovation & growth at IMC/Teddy. However, it is time to turn the page once more & take a look into the future. What will 2024 bring for IMC? Let’s take a closer look.
Here’s a list of 7 things you can expect from IMC/Teddy throughout 2024:
1. Updated Price List: Our first order of business in 2024 is the updated price list. It was released earlier this week on January 1, 2024 with a 4% increase. The price list itself is available digitally here. However, if you want a physical copy, you can send us your request here.
2. NAFEM 2025 Prep: It must be said once again that The NAFEM Show 2023 in Orlando, FL was a gigantic success & a great milestone for IMC. We are still taking in all the positive reaction from that show. Throughout 2024, we will be gearing up for The NAFEM Show 2025, which takes place February 26-28, 2025 in Atlanta, GA.
We have already started coming up with exciting, original products. Many of which will be industry firsts. We plan on introducing these products later this year & have them shown in the flesh at the booth in Atlanta.
Speaking on the booth itself, we are aiming to bring you an even more immersive experience with attractive visuals, larger space & interactive displays. Keep your eyes peeled for upcoming previews of our booth!
3. Stock Item Expansion: As we grow our factory & see steady demand for many popular products, we want to develop our stock list even further. For 2024, we are planning on implementing even more stock items to better service our dealers. Check back often for the latest list of quick ship items.
4. Video Library Development: Our video library continues to expand & last year we uploaded over 20 new videos consisting of product spotlights, blog content, department overviews & so on. This year, we will be focusing heavily on troubleshooting/tutorials on select IMC products.
We are also planning on starting a hand sink video series, similar to our floor trough video series that concluded late last year. Be sure to subscribe to IMC’s YouTube & check back periodically for the latest videos!
5. Social Media Presence: Our social media channels saw significant engagement & we wish to continue that trend in 2024. IMC Facebook, X, Instagram, & LinkedIn are updated every day, be sure to follow/like us to receive daily updates on company developments.
IMC’s blog, Food for Thought, also saw the largest update since its inception. We uploaded a whopping 53 new articles in 2023!

6. Factory Upgrades: We are proud to announce for the first time that we will be acquiring new factory equipment this month! Joining the team will be a new state-of-the-art brake machine. We are excited to have this new equipment ready & functioning just in time for the summer rush. This is in an effort to increase our productivity & lower lead times for you even further.
7. Continuing Technical & Customer Support: Speaking of lead times, we have made significant strides in decreasing them throughout 2023. For 2024, we only want to continue this trend.
As our products grow in complexity, we want to ensure that you have no issues getting your stainless steel equipment installed without any snags. For 2024, we are making big improvements on technical support by offering up additional guides via text & video.
