Reintroducing 140-516 Tray & Basket Dispenser
It’s been many, many years but we’ve finally updated one of the oldest products in our catalog: Model #140-516 Tray & Basket Dispenser! With a slew of modern enhancements, we’re excited to bring this product into the 21st century & share with you the new features. How can this product fit into your lineup? Let’s break it down.
What’s New?
Redesigned Tray Lift Mechanism – The previous tray lift mechanism was an older design with splashes on the sides only. This new mechanism has splashes on both sides & front & back to provide extra support for your trays. The mechanism is also more durable – with the ability to withstand even more trays at one time. Here’s a closer look at the tray lift:
Refreshed Basket Holder – The previous model featured a wrap around bumper. For the update, we’ve included simple corner bumpers instead. The overall length of the dispenser came down 5” (from 27” to 21”). This enables your baskets to fit snug onto the cart. Check it out below:
All Stainless Steel Handle – Older versions of 140-516 featured a handle with plastic pieces & narrow bar. This time around we’ve made the handle all stainless steel & thicker. This will increase the ergonomics of the cart & make maneuvering it around a breeze. Take a peek:

With these changes in place, Model #140-516 combines a tray dispenser & basket holder into one cohesive package that is useful for cafeteria or buffet operations. With casters in place, it is handy for transporting around your facility as well.
