So, What Is It Used for Exactly?
There are a few ways to use the ice cream counter to its fullest potential. Let’s look below:
1. Ice Cream Storage – Ice cream must be stored at 10°F or below. Model #SICC can handle this with no issues. If you utilize any counter with no refrigeration or malfunctioning refrigeration, you will have melted ice cream, unhappy customers & a potential waste of product.
2. Dipping – Model #SICC can be used actively to serve ice cream, thanks to the insulated covers on the cabinet body. Just lift open the cover & dip down into the cabinet to scoop out a desired flavor. If you are serving an event, the casters allow you to wheel the counter in & out of the area with ease.
3. Merchandising – Model #SICC can also be used to store popsicles, ice cream sandwiches & other frozen snacks in grocery stores, delis or other stores where frozen items are sold. Set yours up in front of the store so that customers can quickly order, pay & receive their food.
IMC/Teddy understands that keeping your frozen ice cream treats at the right temperature is a key for success. Model #SICC will be your companion in achieving this. For a closer look at IMC’s ice cream counter, click here.
