Quite often, customers come to us to repair or refurbish our competitor’s equipment. Unfortunately, we find that it is impossible to complete the repairs since the material is too thin & it would be very easy to damage the equipment even further during the repair process. In fact, 99% of the time we are replacing the equipment with brand new IMC quality products.
With that said, quality & craftsmanship are rooted in the DNA of IMC/Teddy. For our competition, this is simply not the case. In fact, the comparison is night & day.
