What to Expect from IMC/Teddy in 2021
Let’s talk IMC/Teddy! 2020 has been a challenging year for all of us. Undoubtedly, it was filled with high highs & low lows. We were thankful to remain open throughout the year to serve & assist you, whether it was here in the office or remotely. We appreciate everyone’s support through these unprecedented times.
With 2020 in the past, 2021 is finally here with new objectives & goals. IMC/Teddy is now ready to share with you all the exciting news for months ahead.
Here’s a list of 10 items you can expect from IMC/Teddy throughout 2021:
1. New Products: Innovation never stops at IMC/Teddy. We are currently developing several products for release in 2021. We plan to release a unique hygiene station, mat cabinet & chef’s closet – along with a few other surprises. Further details & photos/videos will be released throughout the year. We’re thrilled to show you what we’ve been cooking up!
2. Updated Price List: Our latest price list was released in September 2019. It’s time for an update! We are proud to announce here that our updated price list will be released on April 1st, 2021. It will contain modified pricing, updated products (including the new equipment released in 2020) & improved pictures, among other things. More details will be released as we come closer to launch.
3. NAFEM Show 2021: Due to the pandemic, The NAFEM Show 2020 was postponed. The show has since been rescheduled to August 2021 in Orlando, FL. IMC/Teddy will again have a presence at the big event. We have a few surprises coming up to coincide with the show, so stay tuned!
4. Stock Item Additions: For 2021, we are planning to include even more stock items to better service our dealers. When new products are added, we will share the news with you promptly.
5. Instructional/How-To Guides: 2020 saw the kickoff of our Instructional & How-To video series on YouTube. We’ve been receiving positive reactions towards these videos & want to continue the series in 2021. If you have a special request for a guide, please feel free to contact us.
6. AutoQuotes/KCL/Revit Growth: IMC has a suite of products on AutoQuotes/KCL/Revit. We find these services to be a big help for consultants/dealers & remain committed to providing you the latest information on each of our products. Keep a look out for any updates on these platforms.
7. Social Media Presence: IMC Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, & LinkedIn activity has jumped up significantly. We do wish to be more interactive with you on social media, more on this to come throughout the year. Also, be sure to follow/like us to receive daily updates on company developments!
IMC’s blog, Food for Thought, is updated on a weekly basis & this will continue in 2021. We are very happy to see the many positive comments & reactions to the content! If you would like to join our mailing list, please click here.
8. Rep Portal: For our current representatives – we will be launching a new hub for you to view & download all of your IMC sales resources. We’re very proud of the work we’ve accomplished in developing this & think you’ll find this tool useful. We wish to launch this soon, more details to come shortly.
9. Rep Development: IMC/Teddy representatives are highly qualified, courteous, knowledgeable, & loyal. We are proud to have them as part of our team. For 2021, we are seeking a rep for Georgia, Alabama & part of Tennessee. We are also continuing to look for a rep in Canada. If you have any recommendations regarding reps, please let us know.
10. Unending Commitment to You: IMC/Teddy pledges to retain the best customer service & high quality standards in the industry. We are always here to help & our reps are standing by anytime to assist you. IMC strives for fault-free, quality manufactured products and worry-free customer service, delivery, and after-sales support. We wish to remain your teammate throughout 2021.
